-Product Excellence-
We strive to bring you the best quality automobile for your money. We follow the most viable 3-step process in choosing our inventory. First, our experts visually analyze each vehicle for any interior, exterior, or "under the hood" defects. Secondly, we use a very precise paint meter to see if a vehicle has had any paint work done on it, this shows us if the paint is the original factory paint or not. And third, we check and print out a CARFAX report that tells us if the car has ever been damaged, number of owners, and the vehicle's maintenance history.
-No Salesperson Runaround-
At ECM the people presenting you the vehicle are the actual Charlottean owners of the establishment with an unblemished reputation. You do not get the regular salesperson runaround that you do at most other dealerships. We want to sell you a car that we would
want for ourselves, not sell you a car so we can get our commission and go home at the end of the day.

-Documentation Fee Guarantee-
At ECM we charge a $300 documentation fee to handle all documents regarding the sales transaction. We feel this is the lowest doc fee around. And if you can prove that you found a cheaper one somewhere else, we will beat it. We will match the price and take off an additional 10% from the fee.
-Optional Competitive Extended Warranties-
If one of our vehicles does not
come with a warranty, we offer extended warranties at very competitive prices so you can feel at ease when you drive away. |
